Ethan Hayon, Mike Giglia, Professor Joseph Miles, Jeremy Simoes and Dan Huber recently returned from the Rock-SAT-C program. They worked on a sounding rocket payload developing a Fiber Optic Gyroscope and a Thermoelectric Generator over the last year. They transported the payload to Wallops Island, Virginia and launched it approximately 75 miles into space on Thursday June 20th, 2013. They are currently analyzing the data. Mark Siembab, Jason Robins, Andrew Cupo, Palash Mehta, Andrew Deutchman, Anthony DiGirolamo and Thomas DeGirolamo were also part of the team.
