The 58 RISE and partner REU Scholars were selected from over 1000 applicants based on potential for graduate school. Many are from underserved backgrounds or first-generation college families. At the Poster Sessions (11 am – 1 pm) and during lunch, you will have an opportunity to assess their potential for your PhD program and attract them to apply. Top Scholars who apply to graduate school here will be candidates for Summer Undergraduate Pipeline to Excellence at Rutgers Graduate (SUPER Grad) Fellowships.
